Judah Creek Estates is located near shopping and with quick access into the City of Tampa via State Road 589 / Veterans Expressway. Judah Creek was Designed to be a retreat from the busy outside world. With large wooded areas and wetland constraints on the property, the plan for the units and building layouts focused on the interaction of the natural landscapes and picturesque views while minimizing the number of units the site could sustain without feeling crowded and negatively impacting the environment. The project size includes 3 single family homes. The homes were designed in a way that promotes construction efficiency and ensures that the home is built to a surpass standard residential building codes. The design of the homes focused on space usage, movement throughout the home and high-end finishes and products for every member of a family to enjoy, while maintaining a contemporary exterior design.
